How does it work?
Intro Consultation
This is where we take the time to get to know each other. I want to make sure that I am the right practitioner for you, that I have the skills and knowledge to help you, and for you to completely understand the process before we begin.

Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation is extremely comprehensive. Along with a detailed history form, I will take a complete health history. This is to determine not only the possible root causes of your problem but also the systemic effects of your health issues.
90mins - $195
Functional Testing
After your initial consultation, I will recommend any pathology or functional testing that I recommend completing to understand the root cause of your problems.
Naturopathic Treatment
Based on findings from testing and your initial consultation you will be provided with a treatment plan and prescription focusing on returning you to health AND treating the underlying root cause.
Ongoing Diet & Lifestyle Support and Maintenance
Throughout your treatment, you will be provided with diet advice and suggestions about lifestyle and other supporting practitioners for your issues.
Once you are at a point where you are feeling better your treatment will turn to maintenance, which may simply involve some diet and lifestyle changes or a small number of supporting supplements.

FAQs
Do you only work online?
Yes, currently the only option is to work with me online.
How do the online consults work?
When you book an appointment in with me you will be sent a link for a Zoom Meeting. If you haven’t used Zoom before it’s important to take some time before the appointment to download the Zoom app to your phone, tablet or computer.
Then at the meeting time you simply click on the meeting link and I will see you in there.
How do I get my herbs and supplements?
As I prescribe only Practitioner Only products you cannot get these from a health food shop. I will link you to an Online Dispensary where I have authorised for you to purchase the herbs and supplements on your treatment plan. Once you have ordered them your order will be delivered by Australia Post or Courier straight to your door.
Do the herbs and supplements cost extra?
Yes, all herbs and supplements are on top of the consult fees.
Are there private health insurance rebates for Naturopathy?
Unfortunately No, Naturopathy was removed from private health insurance rebates a few years ago.
